When ordering from Canadian Prescription Savers, you can purchase a 90 day supply of any medication at one time. Most doctors will write your prescription to include one year’s worth of medication, so don’t hesitate to ask; it can save you more money.

If you’re an existing customer of Canadian Prescription Savers who’d like to refill a prescription we’ve filled previously, there’s no need to go through the order form process again.

We keep your health information on file with your prescriptions. You’ve got several options for ordering refills. We’ll also try to call you in advance to let you know your prescription is coming due for refilling.

Refill By Phone

We keep “regular” office hours from 9am until 5pm Pacific Standard Time. We do return calls promptly, so if you have to leave a message during office hours, we’ll call back. If you leave a message in the evening, please leave a number where we can reach you the following morning.

Refill By Email

Very convenient…24 hours a day, every day of the year with no holidays. Send us an email as soon as it crosses your mind and then you don’t have to remember it anymore!

We’ll call you to confirm we’ve received it and confirm prices before we fill your prescription. If you’d like us to confirm everything with you via email, just let us know.

Refill By Fax

Write it down and fax it over! Toll Free fax: 1-800-Pills-41 (1-800-745-5741).

You can fax us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We don’t give our fax machines any time off!

We’ll call you to confirm we’ve received it and confirm prices before we fill your prescription. If you’d like us to confirm with you via fax or email, we’ll be quite happy to.

Refill By Post

Drop us a note in the mail. It’s slower, but can work! We’ll call you when we receive your letter to let you know it made it. Please allow 2 weeks for your letter to get to us. We call everyone when we receive refill requests, so if you haven’t heard from us 2 weeks after you’ve sent the letter, you better call! Mail direct to the pharmacy at:
