Ordering your prescription medication from Canadian Prescription Savers is a simple process.

Ordering Overview

Just like visiting a doctors’ office for the first time, we’ll need to know a bit of your health history. In Canada, a pharmacy can only fill a prescription signed by a Canadian Doctor. Our Doctor will review your order (at no charge to you), before signing your original prescription that you provide from your doctor.

It's important to answer the health questions as accurately as you can. Missing information can delay your order. Of course, we’ll also need a prescription written by your doctor and a form of payment.

You only need to provide us with your health information once; whether you order online or other means. We keep your information on file so you won’t have to provide it again for refills or for adding new medications to your future orders.

Please note that it takes approximately 10 days for you to receive your order from the time we’ve received your personal information, your VALID American prescription and your method of payment.

Please keep in mind that during the holiday season the post office gets very busy and statutory holidays can also create delays in receiving your order. We strongly recommend that you order your prescriptions 20 days in advance whenever possible.

The first step is to search for your medication(s) and prices at our Rx Price Search page.

If you plan on sending your order via email, fax or regular post, please jot down the prices for the products you want to order. You’ll need to enter those on an Order Form (Download PDF version or Download Word Doc version). We’ll call you to confirm after we’ve received everything from you.

If you’re going to be faxing us any of the information we require to fill your order, you may ask your doctor to fax prescriptions directly to our toll free number. Some customers print and complete their order form at home and have their doctor fax it to us along with their prescriptions.

There’s 4 ways to order From Canadian Prescription Savers:

  1. Order Online
  2. Print an Order Form (Download PDF version or Download Word Doc version) from our site and email, fax or mail it in.
  3. Ask us to fax or email you the the Order Form and return it via email, fax or mail.
  4. Ask us to mail out the forms for you to complete and return to us.

1) Submit your forms online

This is the fastest way. Start at the Rx Price Search page, add your items to the shopping cart and follow the checkout procedure. You’ll be asked to provide us with a simple health history during the checkout process.

After you’ve sent your order online, you’ll have to scan and email your prescriptions to support [at] canadianprescriptionsavers [dot] com or fax them to us at 1-800-Pills-41 (1-800-745-5741). You can also mail them to us at:

2) Print the forms from this site

Almost as fast! Print them, fill them out then email, fax or mail the forms with your prescriptions to the address at the bottom of this page.

If you have a printer and would like to fill the forms out in pen, you have two options.

3) We’ll fax or email you the forms

If you don’t have a printer but have access to a fax machine, or you’d just like us to email the forms somewhere else, please call us toll free 1-800-Pills-81 (1-800-745-5781) and let us know what you need.

4) We’ll mail you the forms

If you don't have access to a printer, computer or fax machine, just call our friendly staff and ask us to mail a package out to you. You can then mail or fax everything back to us.

If you’re an existing customer who’d like to refill a prescription we’ve filled previously, please call our toll free line at 1-800-Pills-81 (1-800-745-5781) to order by phone. Or you can order via email by sending an email with your request to support [at] canadianprescriptionsavers [dot] com.

Existing Customer with new prescription

If you’re an existing customer and would like us to fill a new prescription for a medication we have not filled for you previously, please call use our toll free line 1-800-Pills-41 (1-800-745-5741) to fax in your new prescriptions, or you can email copies to us by sending them with a note to support [at] canadianprescriptionsavers [dot] com.

You can also mail them to us via regular post. Which ever way you choose, we will contact you to let you know we’ve received everything and to confirm your order before we fill it.
